I read the Old Man and the Sea . It was written by Ernest Hemingway. This book was translated in 41 languages to circle the world with its graetness!!
The old man has been catch a fish for a 84 days. But he couldn't catch any fish. In the first 40 days, the boy went to fishing with him. But after 40 days, the boy didn't go to fishing with him. However, he caught a big marlin. His fishing tells his life. It's a little difficult for me to understand, but it's good story and very famous.

I read JUMANJI. This story is written about borad game. I have seen this movie on the TV. what happen in the game become reality. For example, the boy who main charactor move a piece, and it show that it will de flood in this house frome now. then it become true. And many animals come out. It's a little bit dengerous. They have to finish the game, if they don't want to do. It continue forever. It's very interesting.

I read E.T.(EXTRA TERRESTRIAL). I knew the story. Because I have watched E.T.'s movie many times. I like E.T.very much. I was scared of E.T. when it first time. I thought "what is this? It's strange!! "What I most surprise was E.T. is very bright and wise !! He can talk and make machine use word processing and cutter of mowing machine and so on. E.T have a special capability.I was very happy E.T. could back spaceship. When I read the climax I was sad.

♪♪Birthday Party♪♪

We had a Birth day Party to Kanako with my friends at November, 20. She turned 20 years old.
We made "Yuzu Nebe". I've never had "Yuzu Nabe" before. I always eat "Kimuchi Nabe". So I liked it very much. We gave her the present. It was stuffed animal and photo album. These were so cute. After the party we watched "Umizaru" movie. This is one of my favorite movie. It was fun, and moved. I had a very good time.

Book Review 8: Madame Doubtfire

I read Madame Doubtfire. It's adapted by J.Y.K. Kerr from a novel by Anne Fine. I've read this movie before. It's very popular and funny movie, I think. I like it. Especially, I like the man who is main character. He name is Robin Williams. The husband who is unpopular actor was made to seclude from children with divorce. But he miss his children so much, he want to be his children all the time. Then he decided to be a housekeeper. He dress up and make up. Sometimes he happen something, but he adapt himself to their life style.

Lastly, he is known his identity by his children. It was very interesting book.

Book Reveiw: The Murder

I read The Muder. It was written by John Steinbeck (1902-1968). I thought that it's a little difficult for me to understand that story. Steinbeck as a greatest storyteller, a writer who can tell us many things about the human heart. It's about gender, love, marrage and violence.
Two main characters are Jim Moore and Jelka Sepic. They are a husband and wife. She is very beautiful and good at cook. She is perfect wife. But their love is sex and violence without conversation. They hardly talk each other. I don't like that love. On day, Jim killed the man who sleep with Jelka. He is her cousin. Jim was not arrested by police. I think she was loneliness.

Assignment : Collaboration essay

We would like to introduce about food shops in Kumamoto. There are many wonderful shops here in Kumamoto. You should try to eat as many as possible! well, we tell you three foods shops , they are our recommendations! Please check out!

At first, about " Bunryu" which is noodle shop. It is very popular! Almost all of the people have been there. There are always many people in the shop. We can choose hardness of noodle, the amount of scallion and so on. The shops opens from 6pm to 3am except on every Monday.

I'm going to talk about my recommend bakery shop! It's "Merukoro". You can get many kinds of bakery there, also you can get jam. There are many hard bread than soft one. It takes about for an hour by car. This is the direction. here(^^)!

Do you know "Ikinari dango"? It's famous food in Kumamoto. It has sweet potato and anko in it. There is good dango shop in Koushi town. Sometime it sold out by noon. You can get only ¥70 each of them. It's cheap isn't it??
This is the direction. here(^^)!

Oh, we became hungry over writing this essay. Kumamoto is really good place to eat out. We want to find many other shop. Anyway, please go to many places! You won't be dissapointed! ( and tell us the plase where it is...!)

It's very cold today and yesterday!! I don't like cold weather. I couldn't get up early this morning.
I hope it's be better weather.

Halloween Party

I had a Halloween Party at the exchange student's dorm in October 31. I dressed up as a soccer player. I made cookie and Yakisoba with my friends. It was so good and sweet!! We took a many pictures. I've never been to Halloween Party before, so I had a really good time there. I made many new friends.

book review: Little Women

I read Little Women. I've heard this title, but I've never read this book. Little Women is a novel by Louisa May Alcott published on September 30, 1868, concerning the lives and loves of four sisters growing up during the American Civil War. Their name is Margaret, Josephine, Elizabeth and Amy. Margaret is called Meg. Meg is the eldest sister.She helps run the household in her mather's absence. I think that she is responsible. Jo is tomboy and her dream is to be a writer. Elizabeth loves playing the piano. Amy is youngest sister. She is a trented ait. This book is described each characters vividly. I want to see this movie next time.
